Jin Yong Yoon holds a Master’s in Music Technology from New York University (NYU, 2004) and a degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University (2002). He launched his professional career in New York as the Audio Director at Voom HD Networks, where he optimized 5.1 surround mixing and Dolby E encoding processes, successfully establishing a seamless workflow for high-definition broadcast sound.

For over two decades, Jin has been a definitive figure in the New York post-production scene, working on a wide range of projects for premier global networks including Paramount (BET Media Group), MTV, Nick Jr., AMC Networks, MSG Networks, and Discovery. A 2013 Emmy Award nominee and multi-winner of Promax and Telly Awards, his career is defined by technical excellence and innovative sound design at the highest industry levels.
